From a Monday to the following Friday (5 calendar days) gives 5 working days. Across a full week including both weekend days, 7 calendar days gives 5 working days.

This does not exclude public holidays, which vary by country and even by region. Subtract any known holidays manually for an exact business-day count in your location.
