How it works
Increase amount is Current salary × Increase% ÷ 100. New salary is Current salary + Increase amount.
Example
A 55,000 salary with a 6% raise gets a 3,300 increase, for a new salary of 58,300.
Assumptions & limitations
This is a gross figure — actual take-home increase will be smaller after tax and other deductions, which vary by country.
